The Kano State Commissioner for Investment and Trade, Hon. Gwani Shehu Sagagi, on Sunday distributed bicycles to staff of the ministry as part of activities marking his first anniversary in office.
Presenting the bicycles, the commissioner said the gesture was aimed at easing the transportation challenges faced by workers and improving punctuality and productivity within the ministry.
He noted that staff welfare remains a priority of his administration, adding that a motivated workforce is key to achieving the ministry’s goals.
Hon. Sagagi expressed appreciation to the staff for their support and cooperation over the past year, describing their commitment as instrumental to the successes recorded so far.
Some beneficiaries commended the commissioner for the initiative, describing it as timely and thoughtful, and pledged to remain dedicated to their duties.
