Missing 200-level FUOYE student, found dead
A student of Federal University Oye Ekiti, reported Missing on 4th of September, has been found dead.
Recall, that according to a statement, Atanda Modupe Deborah, Student of nursing department stream A, Faculty of basic medical science in FUOYE was last seen infront of pharmacy twin hall inside Federal University Oye Ekiti on the 4th of September 2023. She was putting on a Black skirt and brown chiffon top around 12:30pm .
The remains of Atanda Modupe Deborah was found dead in a shallow grave on 6th September 2023 at Oye Ekiti with injuries to her head and claims of eyes being plucked out.
She was buried inside FUOYE main campus,infront of Pharmacy building.
Meanwhile, the management of the Federal University Oye Ekiti has announced the death of Modupe Deborah Atanda, and in a statement by the University’s Registrar, Mufutau Ibrahim, the Management had made public the disturbing development of the missing of the deceased and assured that investigation was ongoing as to unravel the whereabouts of the poor students.
