Osun state Assembly Confirms Awotunde As State Auditor-General for LG

The Osun State House of Assembly has confirmed the appointment of Mr Ishaq Oyewole Awotunde as the State Auditor-General for Local Government in Osun State.

The 8th Assembly lawmakers disclosed this today while screening the nomination of the Osun state Governor as the state Auditor General for Local government.

During the sitting of the Lawmakers, Awotunde’s appointment was confirmed after being screened during a plenary presided over by the Speaker, Hon Adewale Egbedun.

The Ilobu-born civil servant, according to his credentials, Awotunde has been at the service of the State government for close to three decades.
