Lagos State Announces Transfer Opportunities to Public Secondary Schools

The Lagos State Government, through the Ministry of Basic and Secondary Education, has announced the commencement of transfer opportunities into Junior and Senior Secondary schools for students with requests for transfer from public and private schools to public secondary schools.

This was disclosed in a statement by LASG via it X handle on Tuesday, August 1.

The notice of the transfer exercise was issued by the Permanent Secretary of Education, Mr. Abayomi Abolaji.
The statement reads: “The notice of the transfer exercise issued by the Permanent Secretary Mr. Abayomi Abolaji, said it is designed to provide opportunities for students whose parents desire to change their schools due to relocation and economic reasons.
