Five Boys Gang-Rape 12-Year-Old Girl In Edo
A 12-year-old girl whose name was not given has been allegedly gang raped by five boys in Edo State.
An X user, Jemima @JemimaOsunde, posted this on her account on Tuesday.
The X user, who did not disclose where the incident happened, said the victim was raped when her mother sent her on an errand.
The suspects were said to have taken the girl into an uncompleted building where they had carnal knowledge of her.
The five boys also recorded the scene and posted the video on the internet.
She wrote, “The lady was raped by 5 boys in Edo state. Her mother sent her on an errand and they took her into an uncompleted building and did this to her. It didn’t end there, they recorded it and posted it. A child! 12 years old!”.
Replying to the post, the Edo State Police Command @EdoPoliceNG said three of the suspects have been arrested while efforts were ongoing to arrest the others.
“3 of 5 suspects in custody. We are on top of the matter with the hope of arresting the remaining 2 ASAP”, the command tweeted
