Expect Christian – Christian ticket in future — Remi Tinubu

Senator Oluremi Tinubu, the wife of the All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential candidate, stated on Wednesday that the Muslim/Muslim ticket will set a new tone in Nigerian politics in 2023.

In reference to the issue surrounding the Muslim-Muslim pairing in the APC, the presidential candidate’s wife stated that Nigeria may see a Christian-Christian ticket in the future.

During the APC South West Women presidential rally at Mobolaji Johnson Arena in Lagos, she made the prediction.

Regarding the Muslim/Muslim ticket, this election will set the tone for future elections. There will be a Christian/Christian ticket in the future. “What God has done in our land is magnificent,” she stated. She also conveyed the greetings of Mrs. Aisha Buhari, the First Lady, who was scheduled to attend but was absent from the gathering. “We appreciate your great turnout despite the difficulties. My presence here is a return to my hometown. God bless my husband for becoming governor 23 years ago, I backed him as the first lady. Mrs. Tinubu, who referred to the gathering as her homecoming, stated, “I would like to thank the people of Lagos Central for sending me to represent them. I am the only woman to have been elected senator three times. This is an excellent opportunity. Since 2007, when my husband left office, I have continued to fight for the benefit of our citizens. “God rewards good deeds; what is occurring to us is the work of God.” He pleases people without their noticing, but heaven is attentive.”

The first lady of Lagos, Dr. Ibijoke Sanwo-Olu, stated that Nigeria required someone with Tinubu’s political acumen to run the country in 2023.

She added that the upcoming election would be an opportunity to advance the much-desired gender parity.
