Emulate Dr Degereji, Help Nigerian Students – NANCES Calls On Other Provosts
The leadership of the National Association of Nigerian Colleges of Education Students (NANCES) eulogized the Provost of Federal College of Education, Yola, Dr Muhammad Usman Degereji for his empathetic leadership and practising a core student-centred approach to leadership.
While commending the Provost for his unequal love and commitment toward uplifting the welfare and well-being student community, the NANCES president Amb. Aminu Habibu applauded the Provost for providing and distributing palliative to the students of the college.

The president also described Degereji as a leader who personified all the necessary qualities that the College of Education System has been searching for over the years.
He said it the NANCES leadership, Dr. Degereji has become a limelight and a shining stone for other Provost to emulate to mitigate the untold hardship and high cost of living we are battling to overcome in the country”.
Habibu also lauded the provision and distribution of pasta and noodles as palliative by the management of FCE Yola under the watch of Degereji to the students, he described the benevolence action as first to none and unprecedented in history.
In conclusion, the NANCES President called on other provosts and all well-meaning Nigerians to imbibe the spirit of Dr Degereji to bring relief to the doorstep of the Nigerian students and least privileged as this loves and sanity in the society.
