Obokun State Constituency: Honorable Adeyemi empowers over 300 indigenes
The lawmaker representing Obokun State Constituency at the Osun State House of Assembly, Adewumi Adeyemi has empowered over 300 indigenes of his constituency.
The programme comprises of two different categories; the skills to wealth mega empowerment has over 200 people benefitting from procurement of equipments like sewing machines, generators, hair dryers and others which will help create wealth and make work easier for them, some were also given financial support to complete their education.
The back to school initiative was to help reduce the number of out of school children in Obokun too, with over 100 students supported financially, given free school materials and payment of their school fees.
Speaking on behalf of the beneficiaries, Mr Olakunle Adeyemi said people of Obokun State Constituency can look back at the decision made in 2019 in given Hon. Adewumi Adeyemi their mandate as the best political decision they ever make because 4-year down the lane, his stewardship has delivered on all promises made and even performed beyond expectation.
He added that the people of the constituent need to repay this excellent stewardship by re-electing Hon. Adewumi Adeyemi in this forthcoming election which will be held in March so as to consolidate the achievements recorded so far and continue to bring the desire dividend of democracy to the people in Obokun state constituency.
