PDP Members Join Omoluabi Progressives In Osogbo

Members of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Osogbo Local Government have officially joined the Omoluabi Progressives, the leading political organisation in Osun State.

The defection, which took place on Friday in Osogbo, was greeted with jubilation among supporters of the tendency, as the new members were received amidst solidarity songs, and calls for unity.

The spokesperson of the tendency, Oluwaseun Abosede confirmed the fresh development in a statement on Friday.

“Today, we welcome PDP members of Osogbo Local Government into the Omoluabi Progressives. Our doors remain open as we continue to build a broad-based political family that reflects the values and aspirations of the people of Osun State,” he said.
