PHOTO: Aggrieved APC members attack Ganduje, others in Oyo

Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, the National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) was reportedly attacked by members of the Oyo State chapter of the party loyal to Senator Teslim Folarin.

The attack on Ganduje, former Kano Governor happened during his visit to the state party secretariat located in Ibadan, the capital.

It was learnt that Ganduje was in Ibadan on Tuesday, September 19 to pay a courtesy visit Governor Rotimi Akeredolu who just got back from abroad after the completion of his sick leave.

Ganduje who also visited the palace of Senator Lekan Balogun, the Olubadan of Ibadan was attacked with sachets of pure water by members loyal to Senator Teslim Folarin.

An eyewitness simply identified as Lanre told Daily Impact that Abdullahi Ganduje and dignitaries who followed him to the state secretariat were stoned with pure water sachets
