Trump President-Elect: Elon Musk’s Daughter Reveals She’s Leaving U.S.
Elon Musk’s estranged daughter, Vivian Jenna Wilson, has declared her intent to leave the United States following President-elect Donald Trump’s historic re-election victory.
The 20-year-old, who severed ties with her billionaire father in 2022, has been vocal about her disapproval of Trump’s policies, especially those impacting the LGBTQ+ community.
Wilson first distanced herself from Musk by legally changing her name and gender, aiming to sever any connection with her biological father.
Now, she says Trump’s return to office has solidified her decision to cut ties with the country as well.
“I’ve thought this for a while, but yesterday confirmed it for me. I don’t see my future being in the United States,” Wilson wrote on Threads on Wednesday, as reported by New York Times.
She added, “Even if he’s only in office for 4 years, even if the anti-trans regulations magically don’t happen, the people who willingly voted this in are not going anywhere
anytime soon.”
