The custom-made casket, complete with a camera cutout, closely resembled the iconic phone model and sparked an online debate about the choice.

 

Questions quickly flooded social media, about if the Slay Queen; “Did she die in the quest for an iPhone 14?” Others questioned if she had been a phone dealer before her passing. Defending the unique burial practice, a user explained, “In Ghana, caskets are custom-made to reflect the deceased’s profession or passion. If someone sold phones, they might be buried in a phone-shaped casket. This isn’t unusual here.”

 

However, the spectacle didn’t sit well with everyone, with some users expressing concern about the growing trend of elaborate funeral ceremonies. One commenter boldly stated, “It’s high time they ban such burial ceremonies in Ghana.”
